Philadelphia Wage Tax Rate Reduction
Effective for wages paid after July 1, 2010, the wage tax will be reduced to:
- 3.928% (.03928) for residents of Philadelphia and
- 3.4985% (.034985) for non-residents working in Philadelphia.
Prior to July 1, 2010, the rates were:
- 3.9296% (.039296) for residents of Philadelphia and
- 3.4997% (.034997) for non-residents working in Philadelphia.
