Philadelphia Wage Tax Rate Reduction
Effective for wages paid after July 1, 2008, the wage tax will be reduced to:
- 3.98% (.0398) for residents of Philadelphia and
- 3.5392% (.035392) for non-residents working in Philadelphia.
Prior to July 1, 2008, the rates were:
- 4.219% (.04219) for residents of Philadelphia and
- 3.7242% (.037242) for non-residents working in Philadelphia.
